A young man, identified as Sushant Sahu, lost his life after allegedly being struck by a speeding police vehicle belonging to the Odisha Industrial Security Force (OISF) in the Balanda area of Talcher.
The tragedy occurred while Sahu was walking to the local market early Tuesday morning.
