Tokyo: India men’s archery team cruised into the quarter-finals at Tokyo Olympics after a comfortable 6-2 win over Kazakhstan early on Monday morning.
They will face the mighty Koreans who have dominated so far at the Yumenoshima Final Field later in the day.
The trio of Atanu Das, Pravin Jadhav and Tarundeep Rai headed to the Round of 16 match after disappointing outings in Ranking Round. In fact, Pravin paired with Deepika Kumar in the Mixed Team event wherein India were eliminated in the quarter-final.
