Odisha Govt Effects Reshuffle In IPS Cadre, Seven Officers Transferred

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government on Friday effected a reshuffle in the IPS cadre by transferring seven officers. The Home Department has issued a notification into this effect.

As per the notification, 1998-batch IPS officer, S Dev Dutta Singh, on repatriation from Central deputation, has been posted as IGP, Head Quarter.

The IPS officers who were transferred and given new tasks are:-

  1. 2008-batch IPS officer, Prakash R. at present Superintendent of Jagatsinghpur, has been transferred and posted to Vigilance organization
  2. 2009-batch IPS officer, Akhileshvar Singh, at present Commandant of SOG, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur
  3. 2013-batch IPS officer, P. S Parshottamdas, at present Superintendent of Police, Mayurbhanj, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Nabarangpur.
  4. 2015-batch IPS officer, Rahul Jain, at present Superintendent of Police, Nuapada, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Bargarh.
  5. 2015-batch IPS officer, Pratyush Diwaker, at present AIGP Head Quarter, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Nuapada.
  6. 2016-batch IPS officer, K R Dnyandeo, at present Superintendent of Police, Malkangri, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Mayurbhanj.
  7. 2017-batch IPS officer, P S Meena, at present Superintendent of Nabarangpur, has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Malkangri.
