Bhubaneswar: Police ASI Gopal Das has been sent to Jhrasuguda sub-jail after being produced before Jharsuguda JMFC in connection with the murder of minister Naba Kishore Das.
As per reports, Gopal was produced before JMFC court after the completion of the third phase remand.
In the court, accused Gopal’s statement was recorded.
Notably, Naba Das was allegedly shot by Gopal Das near Gandhi Chhak at Brajarajnagar in Jharsuguda district on January 29. The assistant sub-inspector was arrested following his “confession” during initial interrogation.
Worth mentioning, Das was brought to Raipur from Gandhinagar via air after completion of his polygraph and narco tests.
