Dhenkanal: Unidentified miscreants have allegedly looted cash from an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of the State Bank of India (SBI) at Barapada Chhak under Gondia police limits in Dhenkanal district.
According to reports, the matter came to the fore after some passer-by spotted the incident and intimated the police about the same.
On being informed, the police reached the spot and started further investigation into this connection.
Sources said, the miscreants drilled a hole in its back wall and decamped with the cash. The amount of cash that has been stolen from the SBI ATM has yet to be ascertained.
Further investigation is underway in this regard.
