Gunupur: A minor boy was injured after being hit by the car of State Law Minister Jagannath Saraka Minister near Belakana in the Kalyansinghpur block of Raygada district on Saturday.
According to reports, the car driver sped away after hitting the minor, but some locals chased the car and intercepted it. The minister then took the injured child to the hospital in his car.
The minor was admitted to the Rayagada District Headquarters Hospital, and after receiving first aid, the child was sent home as his health condition was better.
