The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has launched WhatsApp chatbot integration with the MY Bharat portal, making key services more accessible to India’s burgeoning youth population.
The chatbot, accessible via and directly on WhatsApp at 7289001515, offers seamless interaction through a familiar, mobile-first platform.
Aimed at strengthening civic participation, the chatbot allows registered users to explore experiential learning programs, join volunteering initiatives, create CVs, connect with mentors, build youth organisations, and report issues with real-time support.
To initiate access, users simply need to message “Hi” to the chatbot number and verify their identity via OTP. Once authenticated, a range of interactive options becomes instantly available.
