In Kalahandi district’s Madanpur SSD School, serious allegations have surfaced against Headmaster Santanu Meher.
Reports claim that he made obscene gestures toward the school’s matron in front of students and used abusive language against a female staff member in another video that has now gone viral.
The videos, which allegedly show caste-based remarks and inappropriate behaviour, have triggered widespread anger among women employees at the institution. Despite repeated complaints, higher departmental authorities have not taken any action, leading to growing dissatisfaction among staff.
Sources said that when confronted, Meher failed to provide any satisfactory explanation regarding the allegations. The incident has raised concerns about workplace safety and dignity for women employees in educational institutions.
Local voices are demanding immediate intervention from the district administration and the Education Department to ensure accountability and restore trust in the school environment.
