New Delhi: India registered 1,109 fresh Covid cases and 43 deaths in the last 24 hours, said the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on Friday.
With the addition of the new deaths, the toll has reached 5,21,573.
The recovery of 1,213 patients in the last 24 hours has increased the cumulative tally to 4,25,00,002. India’s active caseload is presently at 11,492.
With the administration of 16,80,118 vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India’s Covid inoculation coverage has reached 1,85,38,88,663 as of Friday morning.
