Shimla: At least two labourers died while three others sustained injuries after the pressure Shaft Winch rope machine, that is being used for transportation of labourers in tunnel, met with an accident.
According to reports, the incident was reported at an under-construction tunnel in 150 MW Tidong hydro-electric project in Kinnaur.
The accident happened due to the breaking of rocks during tunnel excavation.
