Bhubaneswar: Saheed Nagar police have arrested five persons for allegedly black-marketing the India-Wales Hockey World Cup match tickets.
According to reports, the accused were reportedly selling the Rs 100, Rs 200 tickets for Rs 1000 and Rs 2000 respectively.
