Deputy Collector Sourabh Kumar Bisi has been assigned the responsibility of Tehsildar, Komna, following administrative orders issued today.
He will formally assume charge of the Tehsil office.
The appointment comes at a crucial time, as allegations of irregularities and forgery in land transactions have recently surfaced in Komna. The new Tehsildar’s primary responsibilities will include handling land‑related cases, record corrections, mutation, and revenue administration with efficiency and transparency.
Officials expressed confidence that Bisi’s appointment will bring discipline to revenue operations in Komna and ensure speedy resolution of public grievances.
