Cuttack: JICA Continues To Give Woes To Locals

Cuttack: The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which had undertaken the drainage and sewerage projects in Cuttack city, continues to pose as trouble for residents. The half-dug pits remained unfilled and has become a longstanding pain for commuters taking TV centre road.

Reportedly, the pits were filled with rainwater, spilled all over the road which led to inconvenience for the pedestrians.

Though, due to the weekend shutdown, there is no rush in the area, but it increases the risks of traffic congestions in near future when normalcy is expected to return. Due to low pressure, some districts including Cuttack are expected to experience rainfall which raises a matter of concern among the locals.
