Chennai: Chennai-based real estate developer Casagrand has treated 1,000 of its employees to an all-expenses-paid, week-long trip to Barcelona, Spain.
This initiative is part of the company’s long-standing ‘Profit-share Bonanza Program,’ which aims to celebrate the contributions of employees who have played a pivotal role in achieving the company’s financial targets.
The trip, which includes flights, luxury accommodations, guided tours, gourmet dining, and cultural experiences, offers employees a curated experience of Barcelona’s rich culture. Highlights of the trip include visits to iconic landmarks such as the Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, and Montjuïc Castle, as well as the city’s tranquil beaches.
“This initiative reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where employees feel valued and celebrated for their dedication,” said a spokesperson for Casagrand. “By offering immersive experiences, we go beyond traditional rewards, showcasing a genuine investment in their personal and professional growth.”
Since its inception in 2013, the ‘Profit-share Bonanza Program’ has grown into an annual tradition, with past destinations including Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Malaysia, and London. Even amid post-pandemic challenges, Casagrand continued the initiative with trips to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Switzerland, and Australia.
