Nuapada: In a tragic collision between a car and a motorcycle, a father-son duo died on the spot leaving his daughter in critical condition. The accident happened on Sunday near Andhari Bari road, from Sinapali Block Sadar Kapasi to Bargaon route in Nuapada district.
The deceased have been identified as Atmaram Tandi (60), the father, his son Lingaraj Tandi (25) and daughter Belmati Tandi (30) of Chacharavata village.
According to the reports, a car coming from Sinapali hit the victim’s motorcycle while they were returning from Bargaon village under Sinapali block. As a result of which the father and son died on the spot while the daughter was critically injured.
Following the incident, they were taken to the Sinapali Community Health Center for treatment in an ambulance. The daughter has been shifted to the District Health Center for better treatment.
Sinapali Police reached the scene and started an investigation. The four-wheeler is believed to be registered in Sinapali. At the time of reporting, no additional information has been disclosed.
