South Korean entertainment powerhouse HYBE reported its highest quarterly financial results in company history for Q3 2026, generated by BTS’s ongoing world tour and strong global releases across its artist roster.

According to the official earnings report released on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, HYBE generated 1.52757 trillion Korean won ($1.135 billion) in consolidated revenue alongside an operating profit of 188.5 billion Korean won ($140.35 million). The performance surpasses the company’s previous all-time high set in Q2 2026 (1.45 trillion won / $987 million).

Touring and Music Sales Power Direct Revenue

Direct artist activities—encompassing recorded music, live concerts, appearances, and commercial endorsements—accounted for 70% of total revenue during the third quarter, yielding 1.0743 trillion won ($801.36 million):

  • Live Touring Breakdown: Concert revenue surged to 726.8 billion won ($541.7 million), driven primarily by BTS’s sold-out stadium dates across North America and Europe. Touring momentum was further augmented by global runs from ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, &TEAM, CORTIS, and KATSEYE.
  • Recorded Music: Physical and digital music sales generated 282.8 billion won ($210.67 million). Global girl group KATSEYE contributed significantly to recorded music revenue with their third EP, WILD (released August 14), which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 170,000 equivalent album units in its opening week.
  • KATSEYE Tour Expansion: KATSEYE completed 31 sold-out shows across North America and Europe, with the Asia and Oceania legs scheduled to commence in January 2027.

Merchandise and Ancillary Monetization

Indirect artist business operations—including official merchandise, brand licensing, digital content, and fan club memberships—grossed 750.4 billion won ($559.1 million):

  • BTS Tour Merch: Merchandise sales tied directly to BTS’s North American tour leg generated 107 billion won ($79.66 million).
  • Licensing Totals: Total merchandise and brand licensing revenue across all HYBE sub-labels reached 334.6 billion won ($249.11 million).

Global Label Expansion

The earnings milestone follows key international moves by HYBE Americas, including the October launch of the HYBE Global Label Service and the founding of its first Latin music imprint, Tru Records, featuring debut signing Santos Bravos.
