A gym owner was shot dead in Haryana’s Hansi early Thursday morning when motorcycle‑borne assailants opened fire near Fawwara Chowk.
The attackers pumped around ten bullets into him within seconds, killing him instantly.
The victim, identified as Kapil, operated Red Gym and was conducting a morning exercise session when two men wearing helmets arrived on a bike and fired at close range. A woman named Shikha sustained injuries from bullet fragments and was admitted to a private hospital in Hisar.
Police reached the spot soon after the Hansi gym shooting and sealed the area. Crime Investigation Agency and forensic teams examined the scene as CCTV footage of the attack surfaced.
Hours later, an audio message allegedly released by gangster Hari Boxer claimed responsibility on behalf of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. In the recording, Hari Boxer named RD Dhaliwal, Harman Sandhu, and Vikram Kadhal as co‑conspirators. He accused Kapil of supporting rivals in an earlier firing incident in Shekhpura Dharikpuriya and warned that others involved would also be targeted.
The audio further mentioned a recent firing in Delhi, asserting that the Bishnoi gang carried out that attack too. Hari Boxer threatened individuals close to Bollywood actor Salman Khan, claiming that “no security will protect him.”
