YouTuber and Bigg Boss 17 contestant Anurag Dobhal, popularly known as UK07 Rider, is recovering after a serious car crash during an Instagram Live session on March 7.
His manager, Rohit Panday, confirmed that Anurag has been moved out of the ICU and is under constant care.
Rohit shared a hospital selfie with Anurag, who appeared smiling and flashing a peace sign. He wrote, “Update: Anurag Bhai is out of the ICU. We are with him 24×7. Pray for his speedy recovery.”
The incident followed Anurag’s emotional video accusing his family of harassment over his interfaith marriage. He alleged mental torture and claimed his parents and brother Kalam would be responsible if anything happened to him. Kalam later dismissed the allegations, calling them one-sided and accusing Anurag of seeking social media traction.
A day after posting the video, Anurag allegedly attempted suicide by crashing his Toyota Fortuner at high speed on the Delhi–Meerut Expressway while livestreaming. He told viewers he felt alone and had no one left to call. He suffered fractures and was hospitalised.
Kalam claimed Anurag had previously filed and withdrawn cases against the family, including domestic violence and dowry harassment. He urged police to investigate thoroughly and hinted at possible legal action.
