CJP Unveils Four-Pillar Agenda for Nationwide ‘Kya Bolti Public’ Outreach Movement

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has officially unveiled its core roadmap for the upcoming ‘Kya Bolti Public’ nationwide initiative.

Designed as a listening-focused grassroots outreach program, the movement places education reform, youth employment, institutional transparency, and civil society partnerships at the heart of its national agenda.

The announcement followed a two-day National Working Committee meeting held in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Starting September 1, CJP leadership will embark on a countrywide tour to engage directly with young people, workers, and local communities. Inputs gathered throughout the listening tour will directly shape a community-driven Youth Reform Charter.

The Four Pillars of the ‘Kya Bolti Public’ Movement

According to official documents released by the movement, the outreach strategy centers around four critical areas:

  1. Holistic Education Reform: Driving systemic improvements across primary, secondary, and higher education to make learning affordable and accessible.
  2. Education-to-Employment Integration: Strengthening vocational training and aligning skill development directly with modern market demands.
  3. Institutional Accountability: Advocating for transparency and public oversight within democratic institutions, including the judiciary, media, and election monitoring bodies.
  4. Solidarity and Civic Alliances: Partnering with student bodies, grassroots organizations, and advocacy groups working toward equitable governance.

Highlighting the vision behind the initiative on social media, CJP co-convenor Saurav Das stressed that the campaign prioritizes active listening over standard political promises.

”Education reform and unemployment remain at the very top of our priorities. We will also relentlessly push for institutional accountability because a democracy cannot function when institutions stop being accountable for their (in)actions,” Das stated, emphasizing that true systemic transformation requires collective action across civil society.

Expanding Grassroots Reach and Nationwide Membership

Alongside the ‘Kya Bolti Public’ tour, the CJP launched a nationwide membership drive inviting students, young professionals, and citizens from all walks of life to join the initiative. The leadership noted that growing its volunteer base will strengthen community-level advocacy as the group expands across multiple states over the next six months.

Addressing public inquiries regarding funding, the CJP clarified that it is not accepting public financial donations at this stage. Citizens are advised to exercise caution against unauthorized fundraising efforts and to rely solely on official, verified channels for future announcements.

Serving as a People’s Pressure Group

Despite increasing calls from supporters urging the organization to transition into an official political party, CJP leadership reaffirmed its commitment to operating strictly as a public pressure group.

Das noted that while the movement is deeply grateful for public trust, its primary energy remains focused on grassroots mobilization, public awareness, and structural reforms from outside the traditional electoral framework.

This campaign builds upon statements made by CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke, who highlighted that skyrocketing educational expenses and graduate unemployment require urgent, non-partisan solutions. Drawing ideological inspiration from the Constitution of India and the principles of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Mahatma Gandhi, and Jawaharlal Nehru, the movement aims to amplify youth voices across the nation.
