Puri: As many as two persons were injured after a massive fire broke out at the Sakhigopal branch of the State Bank of India (SBI) in Puri district on Thursday.
In the mishap, the bank manager and one among the fire personnel have sustained injuries.
According to reports, the incident occurred at around 10:10 am during working hours. Following this, fire tenders rushed to the spot after receiving information and doused the flames.
According to preliminary investigation, it was learnt that the mishap took place due to gas leakage at the bank’s kitchen. Further investigations are underway.
