Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today greeted the people of the state on the holy occasion of Gamha and Rakhi Purnima.

Rakhi purnima is celebrated on the holy occasion of Gamha purnima, which is the birthday of Lord Balabhadra or Balaram. Gamha Purnima or Rakhi Purnima is celebrated with much fervour across the state.
