Pakistani hackers have targeted three Rajasthan government websites, defacing them with anti-India propaganda.
The latest victim was the Education Department’s portal, which has been temporarily shut down for recovery. Previously targeted websites include the Department of Local Self-Government and Jaipur Development Authority, which have since been restored.
The hackers, claiming to be part of the ‘Pakistan Cyber Force,’ posted inflammatory messages referencing geopolitical disputes and warning of further “digital attacks.” Rajasthan’s Education Minister Madan Dilawar assured citizens that no sensitive data leaks have been confirmed and that comprehensive audits and enhanced cybersecurity measures are underway.
This breach underscores the growing threat of cyber warfare in the region, emphasising the urgent need for robust digital defences to protect government platforms.
