In a major administrative reshuffle, the General Administration & Public Grievance Department of the Government of Odisha on Monday issued transfer and posting notifications for several senior Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers.
According to the official notification issued by order of the Governor:
- Saphalya Mandita Pradhan, OAS (SAG): Currently serving as the Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Khordha, has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on foreign service terms and conditions.
- Kailash Chandra Das, OAS (SAG): The outgoing Additional Commissioner of BMC, has been appointed as the Additional District Magistrate, Khordha. He has also been designated as the ADM in Khordha under Sub Section-2 of Section-14 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
- Dambrudhar Mallick, OAS (SAG): Previously serving as BDO, Kashinagar, is transferred and posted as ADM, Balangir, with powers granted under Sub Section-2 of Section-14 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
- Dr. Bijayananda Sethy, OAS (S): Transferred from his position as ADM, Balangir, and appointed as General Manager, OB & CC, Bhubaneswar on foreign service terms.
- Rajeeb Kumar Behera, OAS (S): Formerly Additional EO, Zilla Parishad, Puri, has been appointed as Sub-Collector and Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) for Udala, Mayurbhanj.
- D S Subhadarshi Joshi, OAS Gr.A (SB): Transferred from his post as Additional E.O., Zilla Parishad, Kendujhar, to serve as Sub-Collector and SDM, Champua, Kendujhar.
- Swagat Das, OAS Gr.A (SB): Previously BDO, Baranga, is posted as Deputy Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA), Bhubaneswar on foreign service terms.
