Bhubaneswar: As per the direction of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman, VK Pandian visited Kendrapara district to review the progress of various developmental works in the district and interact with farmers, Mission Shakti Group members and other stakeholders.
Pandian reviewed the progress of the ongoing HL bridge over river Brahmani on Dakhinadiha to Keradagarh Road for Rs 59.87 Cr. in Rajanagar block which was sanctioned based on petitions received from the public during his Kendrapara visit in April.
He also reviewed the development and renovation of Jagannath Temple at Keradagarh for Rs 3.03 Cr and interacted with the priests and devotees. He had visited this temple during his last Kendrapara visit where people had requested him for the development of the temple.
He participated in various Public meetings at Gopalpur Chhaka, Madanpur Chhak, IB Chhak near SDH, Pattamundai, Gogua and Tinimuhani where he addressed the public on various projects being taken up in Kendrapara district.
Pandian addressed the public in a public meeting near Baladevjew Temple at Ichhapur and later offered his prayers at the temple and interacted with devotees & priests.
He was welcomed by local people and leaders in large numbers throughout his tour during his visit today.
