Titlagarh: The dead body of a person was recovered from the railway tracks in Kesinga under Titlagarh tehsil in Bolangir district.
The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained but he is expected to be 45 years old.
Locals first spotted the body on the railway tracks and informed the police.
On intimation, the team of cops led by GRP ASI Umakant Joshi and RPF ASI Mitmayaya Loha reached the scene and seized the body for post-mortem.
The exact cause of the death has not been ascertained yet, but it is suspected that the man might have died after being hit by a moving train. However, the reason will be known after the investigation, police said.
