The IMD has also issued a weather warning for fishermen along Odisha’s coast, which will remain valid for the next five days.
The IMD’s Evening Weather Bulletin indicates that maximum day temperatures will rise over the next three days, with no significant changes expected afterward. In contrast, minimum night temperatures are expected to remain stable for the next three days before dropping by 2-3°C in the following two days.
Residents are advised to take necessary precautions to stay safe in the heatwave and stay informed about weather updates. Stay hydrated and avoid direct sunlight during peak hours to minimize the risk of heat-related illnesses.
