Malkangiri: Low pressure-induced heavy rains have triggered a flood-like situation in Malkangiri, cutting off several parts of the district.
Severe waterlogging was reported in Malkangiri due to incessant rains. As per recent reports, water flowed over bridges at Potteru, MV-90 and Kangurukonda.
Following this, vehicular movement was disrupted in several areas. Besides, communication between Malkangiri and Kalimela was paralysed as water was flowing above the road and on bridges at Kangrukonda and Potteru.
