Indian cricketer Rinku Singh is set to tie the knot with Member of Parliament Priya Saroj in a high-profile wedding expected to draw top political and entertainment figures.
The couple will get engaged on June 8, 2025, in a lavish ceremony at a luxury hotel in Lucknow, followed by their wedding on November 18, 2025, at the iconic Hotel Taj in Varanasi.
According to sources close to SP leader and MLA Toofani Saroj, father of the bride, both families recently met at Rinku Singh’s residence in Ozone City, Aligarh, where traditional shagun and gifts were exchanged to formalize the alliance. The wedding will be conducted with full traditional rituals.
Priya Saroj, 25, is the youngest Lok Sabha MP from Machhlishahr, representing the Samajwadi Party. A native of Karkhiyaon village in Varanasi, she previously practiced law in the Supreme Court of India and holds degrees from Delhi University and Amity University.
Rinku Singh, 27, hails from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, and has gained fame for his performances with the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the IPL. In 2025, he was retained by KKR for ₹13 crore and was also part of India’s T20 World Cup-winning squad as a reserve player.
The event is expected to be a star-studded affair, with several high-profile guests from politics, cinema, and industry set to attend.
