Mumbai: Ravi Bishnoi produced a terrific spell (4-0-22-2) which was beautifully complemented by a cracking 52-ball 80 from Quinton de Kock as Lucknow Super Giants beat Delhi Capitals by 6 wicket in Match 15.
Chasing a target of 150, De Kock and KL Rahul had given LSG a solid start before the latter was dismissed by Kuldeep Yadav. Evin Lewis also failed to leave his mark as Lalit Yadav sent him packing. De Kock also departed before Krunal Pandya and Ayush Badoni took them past the finishing line.
Earlier, Prithvi Shaw top-scored with a 61-run knock as DC managed to post a total of 149 for three against LSG. Apart from Shaw, skipper Rishabh Pant and Sarfaraz Khan played cameos of 39 and 36 after DC lost quick wickets in the middle.
For LSG, Ravi Bishnoi took two wickets while K Gowtham also picked up a wicket. Initially, LSG won the toss and elected to bowl against DC.
With their third win of the season, the LSG have jumped to second spot with an NRR of 0.256.
