Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday extended heartfelt birthday greetings to President Droupadi Murmu, lauding her unwavering commitment to public service, social justice, and inclusive development.

He further added:

President Murmu, who turned 67 on Friday, is India’s first tribal President and the youngest to assume office, having taken oath in 2022. Her journey from the Santhal tribal community in Odisha to the highest constitutional post in the country has become a powerful symbol of resilience and hope for millions.
