Titlagarh: One person was killed while another sustained critical injuries as the bike they were riding crashed into a roadside tree near Desil village under Titlagarh tehsil in Bolangir district.
The deceased has been identified as Dhananjay Bagh of Kanijuri village under Titlagarh police station in the district. The injured person is Tanmay Bagh.
As per reports, Dhananjay was working in a private company in Mumbai. He had come to his village to attend a marriage party in his village. Today, due to some work, he went to Titlagarh. While returning from Titlagarh to his village with his uncle Tanmay the bike rammed into a roadside tree.
As a result, Dhananjay died on the spot. The locals rescued Tanmay and admitted him to the Titlagarh hospital. As his health deteriorated, he was shifted to Bhawanipatna. The dead body of Dhananjay was sent for post-mortem.
