Ollywood playback singer Humane Sagar was put on ventilator support at AIIMS Bhubaneswar after his health deteriorated on Friday.
Doctors confirmed that his condition remains unstable and he continues to receive life‑saving treatment.
According to the AIIMS medical bulletin, a team of senior intensivists and specialists closely monitors his vitals. Moreover, hospital authorities assured that they are taking every possible measure to stabilise organ function and support his recovery.
Sagar has been battling kidney failure, liver complications, and pneumonia. Initially, he received treatment at Ashwini Hospital in Cuttack. Later, doctors referred him to AIIMS Bhubaneswar for advanced care.
Humane Sagar rose to fame after winning the second season of Voice of Odisha in 2012. Furthermore, his breakthrough came with the title track of the 2015 film Ishq Tu Hi Tu, composed by Abhijit Majumdar. Since then, he has sung numerous songs for Odia films and albums, thereby cementing his place as one of the most prominent voices in the Odia music industry.
Fans and well‑wishers across Odisha continue to pray for his recovery as the singer remains under intensive medical supervision.
