Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s COVID-19 caseload mounted to 3,36,924 on Thursday as 89 more people tested positive for the infection, according to the State I&PR department.
Of the new cases, 53 were reported from quarantine centres and 36 detected during contact tracing.
Sambalpur district reported the highest number of fresh cases at 14, followed by Balasore at 9.
During the day, 90 patients were cured of the disease, taking the total number of recoveries to 3,34,333.
