The Government of Odisha issued fresh transfer orders on December 23, 2025, reshuffling senior officers in the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.
First, the government transferred Manoj Kumar Behera, OAS Gr. A (SB). He served as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Women & Child Development, Mission Shakti, and Tourism. Now, he takes charge as Administrative Officer at Maharaja Jajati Keshari Medical College and Hospital (MJK MC&H), Jajpur.
Next, the government reassigned Khitish Behera, OAS Gr. A (SB). He worked as the Block Development Officer (BDO) of Delang. The new order posts him as OSD to the Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Women & Child Development, Mission Shakti, and Tourism. Moreover, the government cancelled his earlier posting as Administrative Officer at MJK MC&H, Jajpur, which was made through GA & PG Department Notification No.25271/SCS dated July 24, 2025.
