Bhubaneswar: The State government on Thursday effected a major reshuffle in OAS cadres. Shiba Narayan Nanda, Special Secretary of Public Enterprises Department has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Additional Revisional Court, Bhubaneswar, under the Member, Board of Revenue.
Nihar Ranjan Dash, Additional Commissioner of Land Records & Settlement, has been posted as Special Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises Department.
Bijay Kumar Khandayat Ray, Additional District Magistrate, Cuttack is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, Cuttack.
Krutibas Rout, PD, DRDA, Bargarh has been shifted as Additional District Magistrate, Bargarh with effect from November 1.
