The Department of Ceramic Engineering at NIT Rourkela, in association with the InCerS Student Chapter, proudly launched MRITTIKA 3.0, a premier national conference on “Trends and Challenges in Ceramics Sectors for Sustainable Development.”
Spanning from April 3 to April 5, 2025, the event witnessed the active participation of over 80 industry experts, academicians, researchers, and students from institutions and organizations across India.
The conference showcased diverse themes, such as Industry 4.0 integration in ceramics manufacturing, sustainable practices in production, and advancements in areas like biomaterials and energy storage. Chief Guest Dr. Atanu Ranjan Pal and Guest of Honour Shri Atanu Bhowmick emphasized the crucial role of ceramics in sustainable development and innovation.
Through technical sessions, exhibitions, and engaging workshops, MRITTIKA 3.0 continues to foster collaborations and push the boundaries of material sciences for a greener tomorrow.
