Bhubaneswar: In a way forward to fight against COVID-19, Vikash Multi Speciality Hospital, Bargarh has been empanelled to provide CT Scan and HRCT services to COVID-19 patients admitted to Government COVID facilities of Bargarh district.
According to a press note from the office of Bargarh Collector, “In order to provide CT SCAN/HRCT service to the Covid-19 patients admitted in the Govt. Covid facilities of Bargarh district, the Vikash Multi Speciality Hospital (VMSH), has been empanelled to conduct the said test as per the norms fixed by OSMCL, Odisha i.e, Rs. 1251.99.
Such test shall only be conducted in the VMSH on the prescription by the treating Physician of the concerned Govt. Covid facilities and duly forwarded by the concerned Authorised Medical Officer(AMO) of the Covid facilities.
The Govt. Ambulance shall be provided for transportation of the patient to VMSH for the said test. The order shall have immediate effect., the official order read.
