Odisha Board of Secondary Education started the evaluation of matriculation answer sheets today across 51 centres in the state.
Officials confirmed that 15,000 examiners have been deployed to carry out the process. Subjective papers will be checked from today, while OMR sheets have already been evaluated earlier. The board has made extensive preparations to ensure error-free evaluation.
Strict measures are in place at evaluation centres. CCTV cameras monitor the process, and examiners are barred from carrying mobile phones. Authorities emphasised that these steps will maintain transparency and prevent malpractice.
The matriculation examination was conducted earlier this year. The board aims to complete the evaluation quickly and release results by the first or second week of May. Officials stated that the plan reflects their commitment to the timely and accurate publication of results.
