TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) will organise the 3rd National Lok Adalat and Enforcement Settlement Camp on Saturday, September 12, across its entire operational region.

The initiative aims to offer consumers a simple and accessible platform to settle cases related to unauthorised electricity usage, malpractice, and electricity theft, ensuring timely resolution of pending enforcement matters.

The Lok Adalat will be held simultaneously across all TPSODL Divisions, Sub-Divisions, Section Offices, and designated Court premises covering the districts of Ganjam, Gajapati, Kandhamal, Boudh, Koraput, Rayagada, Malkangiri and Nabarangapur. The camps will remain open from 9:00 AM onwards, enabling consumers to avail full-day guidance and support.

This initiative is part of TPSODL’s ongoing efforts to strengthen compliance, promote responsible electricity usage, and streamline the settlement of enforcement-related cases. By providing a structured, consumer-friendly mechanism for dispute resolution, the Lok Adalat is expected to help consumers regularise their electricity usage and prevent future complications. Special teams consisting of enforcement officers, legal experts and consumer-support personnel will be deployed at each location to assist with documentation, clarify procedures and facilitate smooth case settlement.

Comprehensive information on the Lok Adalat—including district-wise arrangements, categories of cases eligible for settlement and step-by-step guidance—is available at all TPSODL Division, Sub-Division and Section Offices. Consumers may also reach out to their nearest TPSODL office or Toll Free No. for additional support.

TPSODL encourages all consumers with unresolved enforcement matters to take advantage of this opportunity to close their cases in a timely manner. Early settlement will help ensure quality electricity services and contribute to a safer and more compliant power ecosystem across Southern Odisha.

TPSODL remains committed to providing transparent, customer-focused services and fostering a culture of lawful electricity usage through initiatives such as this district-wide Lok Adalat.
