The arrested individuals include Sabdar Ali (25) from Giridih, Jharkhand; Mohammad Saddam alias Chhotu (21) from Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh; Tarun Sumuthar (20) from Purana Basti, Jharsuguda; and Shiva Sahu (22), originally from Khordha district but currently residing in Malimunda, Jharsuguda.
