Actor Jasmin Bhasin has opened up about a deeply personal moment after meeting spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The actor shared a series of pictures from their meeting on Wednesday and penned an emotional note about finding clarity during a difficult period.

Jasmin, who is currently appearing on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, said she had been dealing with “conflicts” in her mind, “storms” in her heart and questions she had not shared with anyone.

She said the meeting felt particularly meaningful because she did not feel the need to explain what she was going through.

Jasmin Bhasin recalls emotional meeting

Sharing pictures from her meeting with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Jasmin wrote that some encounters in life seem to happen at exactly the moment they are needed.

She thanked the spiritual leader for inviting her to meet him personally and said she was going through a period when there was a lot happening within her.

Jasmin described having “conflicts in my mind, storms in my heart, and questions in my soul” that she had not discussed with anyone.

Yet, she said, sitting in front of him made her feel that she did not need to explain anything because it seemed as though he already understood.

‘A Guru understands the unspoken’

Jasmin went on to describe what the meeting meant to her, saying his words, presence and guidance helped her reach emotions she had struggled to put into words.

She said he showed her a direction while she was surrounded by confusion and reminded her of the path she needed to return to.

For Jasmin, the experience also offered her a personal understanding of what a guru represents.

She described a guru as someone who not only teaches but also understands the unspoken, recognises silent struggles and guides a person towards their own light.

‘Some blessings don’t come with noise’

Jasmin said she believed the invitation had come into her life at precisely the moment she needed it.

She reflected that some blessings arrive quietly and can bring a lasting change without attracting attention.

The actor thanked Sri Sri Ravi Shankar for his warmth, presence and guidance, describing him as a guiding light at a time when she needed one without even realising how deeply she did.

Jasmin Bhasin’s recent health scare

The meeting comes shortly after Jasmin faced a health scare during a birthday trip to Dubai with her boyfriend Aly Goni.

She was reportedly hospitalised after being diagnosed with terminal ileitis, an inflammation affecting the terminal ileum, the final section of the small intestine.

Jasmin later reassured fans that she was back home after being discharged from hospital and was recovering.

“Quick update: I’m home from the hospital, resting, and recovering smoothly. No stress, no danger – just taking it easy,” she had said in an Instagram Story.

Before travelling to Dubai, Jasmin had returned from Cape Town, South Africa, where she was shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 15.
