The Odisha State Government has appointed Dr. Bhakta Kabi Das as the Technical/Administrative Member of the Odisha Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, a significant move under Section 46 (3) of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 and Rule 28 (5) of the Odisha Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Rules, 2017.
Dr. Das will assume office from the date of his joining, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the tribunal dedicated to resolving real estate grievances and ensuring adherence to regulatory practices.
