Odisha Vigilance has secured the conviction of Malati Dehury, former Revenue Inspector (RI) of Kandarasingha Revenue Circle under Parjang Tahasil and later Panchupada Circle under Hindol Tahasil, Dhenkanal district, in a bribery case.
On July 28, 2026, the Hon’ble Special Judge, Vigilance, Dhenkanal sentenced Dehury to two years rigorous imprisonment and a fine after finding her guilty under Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d)/7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
