Keonjhar: Police have recovered a body of a constable from a drain near the office of the Sadar Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) in Keonjhar today.
The deceased has been identified as Biswa Bhusan Sethy.
Reportedly, the matter came to the fore after some passerby spotted the body and alerted the police about the same.
On being informed, police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem after taking it out from the drain.
However, the exact reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained. Police initiated an investigation on the basis of the footage of CCTV which is installed in the nearby area.
