Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi expressed deep sorrow over the shocking incident in Chandbali, Bhadrak district.
He prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family.
The Chief Minister directed officials to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident and ensure that the culprits face the strictest punishment under the law.
Majhi also announced Rs 10 lakh financial assistance from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the victim’s immediate family members.
