The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has accelerated its investigation into the major scam surrounding the Odisha Police Sub-Inspector (SI) recruitment examination, issuing summons to several aspirants to appear before its officers.
According to CBI sources, some hopeful candidates have already received notices requiring them to present themselves at the CBI office in Bhubaneswar shortly. These aspirants are expected to provide their statements and clarify their side in the ongoing probe.
The agency emphasized that the information gathered from these individuals will play a crucial role in advancing the investigation.
