Ganjam: The driver of a private bus here escaped unhurt after the vehicle fell into a gorge near Buratal in Patrapur block today.
However, no passengers were present inside the vehicle when the incident occurred.
According to reports, the mishap took place this morning when the driver, identified as Rajinikanth Mohanty, was headed to pick up passengers. Meanwhile, Rajinikanth lost control over the wheels. The bus skidded off the road and fell into a gorge near Buratal.
While the driver escaped unhurt, the helper of the bus sustained some minor injuries.
