Tensions are set to flare up on the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 20 as host Salman Khan takes contestant Qazi Touqeer to task over his controversial “lollipop” comment directed at fellow housemate Kanika Mann.
In a newly released promo shared by the show’s makers, the Bollywood superstar reprimands Qazi for repeatedly justifying his behaviour instead of offering a sincere, straightforward apology.
“Like a Stuck Record”
Addressing Qazi directly, Salman called out the contestant’s continuous attempts to defend his intent during the house conflict.

“Qazi, jab aapka intentions kisi ko galat laga, you should’ve just backed out. Lekin aap lage rahe nonstop like a stuck record,” Salman stated, emphasising that prolonging the argument only made the situation worse.
Turning to Kanika, Salman inquired whether Qazi had properly apologised after making the offensive remark. Kanika voiced her frustration, alleging that Qazi had grown arrogant: “Inme bahut hawa aagayi hai.” She added that Qazi maintained he would not apologise.
When Qazi attempted to interject, claiming he had tried to apologise playfully, Salman firmly countered: “Humne nahi dekha aapko inhe sorry bolte huye. Aapne yeh kaha ki main goli khaalunga lekin sorry nahi bolunga.” Refuting Qazi’s logic, Salman asked, “Aapne kisiko suna hai mazaak mazaak main sorry bolte huye life main?”
The Roots of the Controversy
The clash originated during a recent roleplay task inside the house, where Kanika played a professor. When asked which subject he would study, Qazi responded with “Biology” before adding, “You’re very beautiful, ma’am. Can we have a lollipop together?” Kanika immediately called out the comment as “cheap” and double-meaning, setting firm personal boundaries.
