Australia Women completed a commanding clean sweep in the ODI series against India Women, winning the third and final match by a massive 185 runs at the Bellerive Oval, Hobart.

Batting first, Australia piled up an imposing 409/7 in 50 overs, led by captain Alyssa Healy’s blistering 158 off 98 balls and Beth Mooney’s unbeaten 106. Georgia Voll (62) and Nicola Carey (34 off 15) added crucial runs to ensure India faced an uphill battle.

India’s chase faltered early, with only Jemimah Rodrigues (42) and Pratika Rawal (27) showing resistance. Despite brief partnerships from Deepti Sharma and Sneh Rana, the visitors were bowled out for 224 in 45.1 overs. Spinner Alana King starred with 4/33, while Georgia Wareham and Ashleigh Gardner chipped in with wickets.

Post-match, Healy praised her team’s dominance and looked ahead to the historic pink-ball Test at WACA.

India captain Harmanpreet Kaur admitted her side struggled to adapt in ODIs compared to T20s, stressing the need to regroup for the upcoming Test.
