The Government of Odisha has announced significant transfers involving senior officials from the OAS cadre.
The General Administration & Public Grievance Department issued notifications detailing the new appointments.
- Sri Ashok Kumar Behera, OAS (SS), previously serving as Director of Export, Promotion & Marketing (EPM), Odisha, has been reassigned as Director (R&R), Water Resources Department.
- Sri Sridhar Nayak, OAS (SS), formerly Secretary of the State Information Commission, Odisha, has been posted as Special Secretary to Government in the FS & CW Department.
These strategic moves are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen administrative efficiency across key departments. The officials are expected to assume their new roles with immediate effect.
